Executive Chef Adonis Steel began his culinary journey in California’s renowned wine country, working alongside Michelin-starred chefs in Sonoma County. With a foundation in French fine dining and classical techniques, he developed a deep appreciation for the art of farm-to-table cuisine. His move to Florida marked a new chapter, where he expanded his repertoire by exploring the bold, vibrant flavors of Caribbean cooking bringing a rich blend of tradition and innovation to every dish at Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach.

Chef Grebins Nhomme brings over 16 years of culinary experience to the kitchen and a lifelong passion for cooking. A standout graduate of Miami Dade College with a degree in Culinary Arts, Chef Grebins discovered his love for the craft at just sixteen years old. Inspired by his mother’s talent for preparing a wide range of ethnic dishes, he developed a deep appreciation for diverse flavors and traditions. For him, the most rewarding part of being a chef is seeing the joy his food brings to others. Now, at Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach, Chef Grebins is proud to pursue his passion in a first-rate hospitality environment where creativity and excellence come together on every plate.
