Israel Rodriguez 

At the helm of Banter's culinary team stands the brilliant Executive Chef Israel Rodriguez, a native of Puerto Rico who honed his craft at the esteemed Universidad Culinaria del Este. Inspired by his mother's cooking from a young age, Chef Rodriguez's passion for the culinary arts was ignited and has fueled his impressive 16-year career in the industry.

Carlos Lataban Arredondo

Sous Chef

Chef Carlos Lataban Arredondo is originally from Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico. He developed a passion for cooking while helping his mother and grandmothers in the kitchen. At the age of 13, he decided to pursue a career as a chef. Carlos has participated in various culinary competitions, including the Aztec Latin American culinary contest, where he emerged as the winner of the young chef Mexican Mexico. He also studied in France and worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants. Carlos' unique culinary style is a blend of traditional Mexican cuisine with French influences, resulting in unforgettable dining experiences for his patrons.
