Wilfredo Garcia 

Executive Chef Wilfredo Garcia is a culinary powerhouse with a unique blend of Nicaraguan and Floridian roots. His culinary journey began in Florida, where he developed a passion for food passed down from his grandmother and mother. With a scholarship to Le Cordon Bleu and invaluable experience working alongside esteemed chefs such as Iron Chef Morimoto and Michael Mina, Chef Garcia's skill and expertise are second to none. His 15 years in the industry have taken him to prestigious hotels in Miami, and now he brings his exceptional talent and creativity to Banter restaurant, crafting unforgettable dining experiences for every guest.

Carlos Lataban Arredondo

Chef Carlos Lataban Arredondo is originally from Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico. He developed a passion for cooking while helping his mother and grandmothers in the kitchen. At the age of 13, he decided to pursue a career as a chef. Carlos has participated in various culinary competitions, including the Aztec Latin American culinary contest, where he emerged as the winner of the young chef Mexican Mexico. He also studied in France and worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants. Carlos' unique culinary style is a blend of traditional Mexican cuisine with French influences, resulting in unforgettable dining experiences for his patrons.
